The Client acknowledges that the granting of a visa or status or job offer and the time required for processing this Application(s) is at the sole discretion of the government or prospective employer and not the Service Provider.

[9.1.] Regardless of the outcome of the Application(s) or the purpose of retaining the Service Provider’s services, any amount of Professional Fees already paid for the work performed and services rendered will stand non-refundable. Any Professional Fees paid for work not performed will be refunded. Please note that the Professional Fees are for the process, the Service Provider’s expertise & experience, the Service Provider’s time, the Service Provider’s efforts, and the work involved, NOT the result/outcome.

[9.2] If, however, the Application[s] is denied due to an error or omission on the part of the service provider or his/her professional staff, the service provider will refund all professional fees collected. the client agrees that the professional fees paid are for services indicated in this form or our website and the refund is strictly limited to the amount of professional fees paid; and

[9.3] The service provider will not refund any of the professional fees charged and shall be entitled to full payment of the professional fees as per this Agreement if any of the following occurs:

[9.3.1] The client does not cooperate in/when filling the Application[s] with the provincial or government authorities or prospective employers or provide the necessary information needed to complete the application within the set time given.

[9.3.2] The Application[s] is withdrawn by the client at any stage;

[9.3.3]The Application[s] gets rejected due to false information, misrepresentation, fraud, medical or security inadmissibility, or failure the adhere to the terms and conditions of this agreement;

[9.3.4] The Application[s] gets rejected due to the clients withholding relevant information at any time during the processing of the application[s] or at the time of interview with a visa officer at an embassy, consulate, or port of entry;

[9.3.5] The client does not cooperate in the finalization of the Application[s] and its requirements;

[9.3.6] The client fails to satisfy the immigration officer of his/her age, educational level, occupational experience, qualifications, language abilities, truthfulness of information submitted; or

[9.3.7] The Application[s] gets rejected for breaches of security, criminal convictions, or pending charges.

[10] preparatory classes are scheduled for one month. However, the facilitator and the applicant determine if they require extra month[s] to be better prepared for the test.

[11] Justintime Travels can assist with registration for IELTS, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, and other international tests, either for a fee or free if the client signs up for any of our services. Unless on the basis of severe health conditions [backed with pre-information and medical reports]or acts of God, we do not accept cancellations after tests have been paid for and scheduled. We encourage you to be certain you need the test[s] before you book.

[12.1.]  Once signup has been done and payment received, the mode of communication will be primarily via email which you will receive a response within 5 working days.

[12.2] We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time, and your use of [all or any part of] our services following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility and you agree to check with us or visit our website regularly to be updated on whether the conditions have been changed.

[12.3] Justintime Travels charges 20% interest for any refund.

If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you would ask for a service cancellation without any compensation but would still be bound by the existing conditions of the existing service.
